Payment and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require 48 hours notice prior to the booking in writing and incur a 10% administration fee. No refunds are permitted less than 24 hours.
If the client cancel the booking upon arrival then a further £30 penalty fee must be made to London Vacation Nanny Ltd. to cover any travel costs towards the nanny. Please note that refunds will only reflect on your next months bank statement.
Online, email and telephone order customers have the right to cancel up to 24 hour before the booking takes place and all requests must be in writing.
If you wish to cancel a booking within 24 hours we are sorry to inform you we cannot offer a refund.
